WHO MAY ORDER

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. Orders must be for personal or household use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You must provide complete and accurate contact, billing, and delivery information.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We sell kitchen tools, cooking accessories, serving and storage products, and BBQ essentials.

We take reasonable care with descriptions, photographs, colours, and measurements. Screen settings may affect colour, and small manufacturing tolerances may occur.

Always check the product page, packaging, instructions, care guidance, and safety warnings before using a product.

PRICES & PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include applicable VAT where required.

Standard delivery to an eligible address is free. We accept Visa and Mastercard.

If an obvious pricing or description error is discovered before acceptance, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Placing an order is your offer to buy. An automatic acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not mean the order has been accepted.

The sales contract is formed when we send the dispatch confirmation.

We may reject or cancel an order because of unavailable stock, failed payment, suspected fraud, an obvious error, an ineligible address, or a legal restriction.

ORDER CHANGES

Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel your order. We can usually cancel an order before dispatch.

After dispatch, you will need to follow the returns procedure.

RIGHT TO CANCEL

For most online purchases, you may cancel without giving a reason from the date the contract is formed until 14 days after the day you, or someone nominated by you, receives the goods.

If one order arrives in separate deliveries, the cancellation period normally starts after receipt of the final item.

To cancel, email a clear statement to support@crunchio.shop before the cancellation period expires.

After notifying us, return the goods within 14 days using the instructions we provide.

You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. A lawful deduction may be made if unnecessary handling reduces their value.

30-DAY RETURNS

In addition to your legal cancellation rights, we provide a 30-day return period.

Contact us within 30 days of delivery and wait for the authorised return method and return address. Do not send products to our registered office unless instructed.

We cover reasonable return postage when our approved method is used. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Exchanges are available subject to stock.

REFUNDS

After a return is received and approved, we aim to issue the refund to the original payment method within 3 working days.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund.

Any mandatory statutory refund deadline continues to apply.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT GOODS

Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose where required by UK consumer law.

If a product arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and photographs where useful.

Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, we will arrange a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.

PRODUCT SAFETY

Use products only for their intended purpose and follow all warnings, heat limits, assembly instructions, cleaning directions, and care guidance.

Stop using a product if it becomes damaged or unsafe.

OUR RESPONSIBILITY

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill.

We are not responsible for unforeseeable loss, business losses arising from a consumer purchase, or damage caused by misuse contrary to instructions.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.

EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of the delay and keep you informed. If a substantial delay occurs, you may have the right to cancel goods that have not been supplied.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

We use personal information as explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, including to process orders, accept payment, arrange delivery, prevent fraud, and provide customer support.

LAW & DISPUTES

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales without removing mandatory consumer protections provided by the law where you live.

If you live in England or Wales, you may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland, you may bring proceedings in the Scottish courts or the courts of England and Wales.
